We collect information customers provide, including name, email address, mobile phone number, shipping information, account preferences, contact lens selections, prescription information, quote requests, and order details. We use information to maintain accounts, review prescriptions, respond to requests, process and fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, secure our services, comply with law, and send communications customers request or expressly authorize.
LensLab sends automated transactional SMS text messages only to customers who expressly opt in by entering their own mobile number and selecting the unchecked Text-message updates checkbox in Checkout or Account. Messages may concern order confirmation, prescription-review status without prescription details, fulfillment, shipping, delivery, cancellation, or refunds. We do not use this consent to send marketing messages. Message frequency varies based on order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell or rent personal information.
