Orders and prescriptions

Submitting a request is not a binding purchase. LensLab confirms details, pricing, and availability before an order is finalized. A valid contact lens prescription may be required.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Customers may independently enable optional Text-message updates in Checkout or Account to receive automated transactional texts from LensLab concerning order confirmation, prescription-review status without prescription details, fulfillment, shipping, delivery, cancellation, and refunds. Consent is not a condition of creating an account, making a purchase, or receiving LensLab services.
